The Senior Manager Data & Analytics Product line will report to Director, Data & Analytics APAC. This individual will be responsible for leading the APAC Consumer Health DNA product line. The Senior Manager DNA product line will be responsible for business engagement with key regional and market business partners and leaders, delivery of solutions in the domain of data, advanced analytics, business intelligence and reporting, managing a team of analysts, leads and managers, prioritizing backlogs based on business value and business priorities.

This individual must build strong collaborative partnerships with business leaders across the Business Technology (BT), Product Line (PL), Technology Services (TS), Customer Development, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain teams.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Data & Analytics team for the Consumer Health APAC region and deliver Data & Analytics solutions for the region as well as the individual markets in APAC
- Engage with leaders in the CBI, Customer Development, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Professional Marketing, Supply Chain teams to understand the opportunities and problems as well as to recommend innovative data and analytics solutions
- Closely work with other product line owners such as Sales, Digital and Connected Commerce, Supply Chain to deliver end to end data solutions
- Increase the adoption and maturity of Data & Analytics tools and solutions with a goal to improve business performance
- Deliver sophisticated analytics use case such as machine learning, data science, automated / augmented analytics, self service
- Mentor team members and extended team members and ensure best of breed data solutions are designed and deployed and are delivering business value
- Prioritize Data & Analytics backlog and demands with focus on return on investment and delivering business strategy
- Deliver outstanding data tools and solutions that bring insights to the forefront
- Lead a remote agile delivery team composed of scrum master, data architect, ETL developers, Visualization experts and testers
- Handle system SLA’s and ensure critical issues are resolved in a timely manner to minimize business impact

**Qualifications**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Master Degree or MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
- 10+ years preferred of leading technology / data teams and working closely with business leaders; strong leadership, communication and interpersonal; effective leader and builder of strong teams.
- Experience in information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises are preferred, especially coming from Consumer, Health or Technology industries.
- Knowledge of data modelling, UI/UX design and end to end understanding of data warehouse / data lake is a must
- Technical skills in SQL, Tableau, Alation, Alteryx, cloud computing platforms, and advanced analytical tools
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Distributor Management System, Customer POS data, Sales Force Effectiveness, In Store Excellence, CRM would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists. Strong business and financial skill.
- Demonstrated strength in partnering with internal/external contacts to generate mutually beneficial, long-term opportunities and negotiating positive outcomes.
- Ability to lead a large team across business and technical areas. Ability to succeed in a complex environment and influence adoption of new thinking.
