**Head of Data Analytics & Operations**

**Affle**is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that drives consumer engagement, acquisition, and transactions through targeted Mobile Advertising. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Data Analytics & Operations to lead our YouAppi platform’s data analysis, operations, and business intelligence initiatives. This key leadership role will be responsible for optimizing global operations, improving workflows, enhancing team collaboration, and leveraging data to inform critical business decisions. The role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership across both the EU and APAC regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Strategy & Execution**
- Partner with the COO and SVP of Product Performance to design and implement operational workflows, streamline business processes, and improve performance across global and regional operations.
- Work alongside the VP of Operations to ensure alignment of operational workflows across the APAC region, optimizing efficiency and aligning regional priorities with company goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, resource allocation, and project delivery through data-driven insights.
- Continuously refine operational processes to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with both global and regional objectives.

**2. Strategic Data Analysis & Business Intelligence**
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic data analysis initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize operations, programmatic campaign management, and product delivery.
- Drive the adoption of business intelligence tools and processes to enhance decision-making across the organization.
- Deliver regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs), guiding operational and strategic decisions for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to stay on top of market trends, competitive performance, and industry innovations.

**3. Team Management & Leadership**
- Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team of operations and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure team members in both Europe and APAC are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed.
- Oversee talent development and performance management, ensuring high-performing, engaged teams.
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team, encouraging cross-regional collaboration.

**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with senior management to implement global operational workflows, ensuring consistent practices and standards across all regions.
- Collaborate with teams globally to implement and synchronize operational workflows, ensuring seamless communication and effective coordination across regions.
- Develop strategies to improve communication between global offices, ensuring alignment of goals and transparency in operations.

**5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation**
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, increasing productivity, and enhancing the client experience.
- Identify and implement new tools, processes, and technologies that can improve both global and regional performance.
- Regularly assess operational efficiency and client satisfaction metrics, proposing data-driven strategies for improvement based on insights and feedback.
