Concourse is a global design and project management company that is **100% dedicated to Travel Retail**. Our team produce beautiful retail stores, retail displays and in-store brand activation campaigns for Duty Free & Travel Retail environments worldwide. We offer our clients cost effective solutions, resulting in on-time, on-budget implementations, all achieved through our excellent design, quality workmanship and highly efficient project management.

**The Role**

As the **Client Project Manager **you will be that pivotal link between the customer, our design team and external partners/suppliers. Delivering projects with precision and accuracy, whilst meeting deadlines and budget in accordance with client expectations.

**Main duties will include**:

- Organisation of projects, work schedule, design schedule and planning
- Responsible for project management of all projects from design through to implementation
- Customer meetings, updates, briefing and reporting
- Creative input to the design process, idea sharing and support of the in-house design team
- Technical briefing and consultation with external manufacturers and production houses
- Preparation of reports and updates for both client and internal review
- Client budget and timeline management

**Are You What We Need?**

You will
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager
- To be a positive person with good energy and believes in team work to achieve great results
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and enhancing global brand relationships (whether previous experience involves working on client side or agency side)
- Detail orientated person who is able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders comfortably and efficiently
- Well presented with a high degree of professionalism
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Chinese speaking is a plus (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
- Project Management qualifications and any design or technical background is a plus.
