Project Delivery Manager

As a Project Delivery Manager at IPS, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle for Life Sciences projects. Your role will involve ensuring projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for delivery performance, managing internal teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.Participating in pre-bid meetings, supporting proposal development, and aligning project goals with client and corporate objectives will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead or contribute to design development and budget planning activities with minimal supervision.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and R&D industries, will be crucial. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying delivery risks early, escalating when necessary, and collaborating with Project Executives and Directors to implement mitigation strategies.Your role will also involve overseeing change control processes, ensuring proper communication and documentation of scope adjustments and additional service needs. You will be responsible for directing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery across various project phases.Driving adherence to project governance, compliance requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, MHRA), and documentation standards will be part of your duties. You will maintain and update Project Execution Plans, meeting minutes, action item logs, and status dashboards. Additionally, you will prepare and present regular internal and client-facing financial and schedule reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.Consistent team communication, coordination, and accountability across all stakeholders will be essential. Managing sub-consultant scopes related to cleanrooms, critical utilities, process equipment, and validation will also fall under your responsibilities.You should demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple large, concurrent Life Sciences projects in a fast-paced environment. Promoting continuous learning and innovation in delivery methodologies, providing mentorship and leadership to project managers, engineers, and support staff, and ensuring proactive ownership of all delivery outcomes are significant aspects of your role.Identifying and implementing best practices and innovations to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction will be expected. Performing additional duties as required in support of strategic business goals and promoting safety while adhering to IPS and client safety policies will also be part of your responsibilities.,
