[What the role is]
- Develop and implement a records management programme to ensure compliance with government Instruction Manual (IM);
- Implement knowledge management and manage Muis intranet;
- Manage corporate admin function to ensure the efficient operations of corporate services to the organisation.

[What you will be working on]

Records Management
- Responsible for the proper management and preservation of all Muis records and Muis eRegistry System. Lead the review of the organisation’s records management policies and SOPs to align with government IM on Management of Public Records. This includes managing the creation, use and disposal of records, ensuring the completeness of the records inventory (onsite and offsite), safeguarding the integrity of the records retention schedule and file (classification) plan, establishing a proper filing system, as well as raising awareness and importance of proper recordkeeping in the organisation through staff trainings and campaigns.
- Engage and collaborate with National Archives Singapore (NAS), and partners (internal and external) to ensure the collection and preservation of evidence and records for posterity. This includes working with NAS to declassify records and adhering to NAS’ digitisation stanards.
- Ensure Muis meets the requirements of the annual self-assessment for the IM on Public Records to assess the compliance and effectiveness of the organisation’s records management systems.

Knowledge Management
- Implement Knowledge Management and develop and implement processes and procedures to capture, transfer and retain organisational knowledge. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and build a culture of knowledge sharing in Muis.
- Responsible to manage Muis Intranet and overseeing the day-to-day operation. This includes developing and implementing policies and standards to ensure effective and engaging intranet content that meets the needs of the organization, driving engagement and work closely with key stakeholders to understand user needs, monitor intranet usage and provide insightful analytics on the effectiveness of the intranet.
- Manage a project to redesign the current intranet. This includes the overall visual design, site navigation, site content, engagement and training of users.

Corporate Admin
- Responsible for corporate admin services such as stationeries, letter heads, name cards and maintaining Muis GVT mailbox.

[What we are looking for]
- Possess a tertiary education with strong passion for knowledge and records management
- Have 3-5 years of working experience in the area of knowledge or records management or related areas
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively in team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with track record in engaging stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation
