**Job Descriptions**:
- As the Executive Assistant, oversee all work or personal matters pertaining to the Chairman and CEO with efficiency and promptness.
- Organize and synchronize meetings, appointments, and events for the Chairman and CEO.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman and CEO as well as other company representatives.
- Prepare facilities for scheduled events, including arranging refreshments when necessary.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies, oversee mail, and courier services, and serve as the primary liaison with the facilities management of the office building regarding any office-related issues.
- Assume responsibility for all administrative and office-related affairs.
- Document minutes for weekly office meetings, ensuring accurate and concise records.
- Assist in the coordination of all company events, such as birthday celebrations, staff gatherings, and company dinners.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated by HR Manager and management.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any field.
- Demonstrate 1-3 years of secretarial or personal assistant working experience, ideally within a leadership or senior management context.
- Meticulous and detail is essential.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is beneficial for effective communication and document translation purposes.
- Maintain professionalism, exceptional organization, and time management skills while upholding strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
