**Finance Admin Executive**
The Finance Admin Executive reports to the Finance Director to support the Admin & Finance department in carrying out the day to day responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, data compilation, billing or other admin & accounting tasks. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary.
- **Accounts Receivable - Responsible for the efficient monitoring and processing of**:
- Full billing cycle function
- Invoice processing
- Receipting
- Reconcile of Debtors accounts
- Liaise with Debtors on outstanding debts
- Accurate entries into the Accounting System
- Filing of all AR documents
- Any other work assigned
- **Accounts Payable - Responsible for the efficient monitoring and processing of**:
- Full payment cycle function
- Supplier invoice processing
- Payments to supplier via cheque, internet banking, payment gateway
- Reconcile of Creditors accounts
- Liaise with Creditors on outstanding payments
- Checking employee claims
- Accurate entries into the Accounting System
- Filing of all AP documents
- **Project Accounting - Responsible for**:
- Creation of pitch/ project numbers, updating WIP file
- Reconciliation of projects billing and expenses
- Scan & file of all project’s documents
- **Administration**
- Employee annual leave recording and tracking
- Monitor office stationery supplies and inform PA to make purchases when supplies are low
- Monitor pantry supplies and inform PA to make purchases when the supplies are low
- Assist to answer all incoming calls
- Collect mail daily and distribute the mails to respective owners
- Arrange outgoing mails and packages through SingPost, DHL or local courier
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including non-financial people
- Provide effective support to the team members.
- Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.
**What You Need to Succeed**
- Diploma in Accountancy and above
- Minimum 2 years of related experience. Experience in the meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events industry is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous, organized and able to work well under pressure.
