Presales 3D Specialist

We are looking for an experienced 3D fashion professional to be join us as a 3D Pre-Sales Specialist.

**As a 3D Pre-Sales Specialist, we are looking for a top performer who**:

- Can establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle,
- Exudes a passion for understanding the needs of the customer
- Articulate the value of Browzwear’s products and solutions in meeting customer needs
- Works with colleagues in the Browzwear Sales and Client Success Team to inspire, excite and give confidence to potential/current clients (and the different stakeholders) to start their 3D journey.
- Helps our clients understand and get the most out of Browzwear’s solutions
- Represents the voice of Browzwear’s users partners globally, sharing insights with the Browzwear Product and Support teams to enable continuous development of exceptional customer and product experiences

You will be trained as required to become an expert in our software tools and solutions. You will be confident in working to help these potential/current clients solve detailed issues and help them maximize their productivity by:

- Being our customer's most trusted advisors by realizing Browzwear’s value propositions and platform capabilities to achieve their digital transformation and business outcomes
- Articulating and educating on business and technical knowledge to a variety of audiences, including designers, developers, IT professionals, and senior leadership
- Selling the value of Browzwear’s solutions using multiple formats/channels including live/online solutions demonstrations
- Performing and assessing needs to deliver custom product demonstrations
- Successfully managing and executing discovery workshops to show proof of value (POVs) in their new implementation and/or expansion plans. These workshops can on-site or remote
- Representing solutions to customers and at trade events such as conferences, seminars, etc
- Supporting the Marketing team with developer marketing and evangelism activities, participating in demo-driven webinars, and speaking at industry events online or live onsite

This is a job that requires traveling when required (and permitted). These are travels to meet with potential and existing customers.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, as a Designer, Tech Designer, Fit, Pattern Maker etc)
- Experience of using Browzwear 3D software a plus
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.
- Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of creative technical and business audiences
- Ability to lead solutions discussions
- A passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in front of all audiences.
- High level proficiency in English, with fluency in another language a plus.
