A 3D Modeling Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining the integrity of a global 3D model database. Key responsibilities include data base setup and management, model management, trouble shooting, managing hubs and satellites, establishing 3D model setup procedures, and coordinating with associated parties.

The job holder shall function as a single point contact for E3D administration, including coordination with E3D admin of client and subcontractors of the project. They will assemble and integrate the overall global 3D model from 3D models of various sub-contractors.

The specialist will administer the E3D model, customizing it to suit project requirements and providing support to multi-discipline end users of the model. They will also coordinate and create project-specific catalogues and specifications in E3D, setting up project-specific drawing templates in the drafting module of E3D.

Additionally, the specialist will work with the MMD team to import piping specifications to E3D and troubleshoot issues. Their goal is to ensure the integrity of the 3D model database is well-maintained and up-to-date.
