Vistex **Presales Specialist **can expect to have frequent interaction with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management as well as external prospect/client facing interactions. The Presales Consultant will analyze customer requirements and processes, design and deliver customized demo scenarios for potential and existing customers of the Vistex suite of products. In this role you will work with Country Manager and the Presales teams to support Go-to-Market initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing specific customer requirements and mapping them within Vistex solutions
- Acting as an advisor for our solutions during the sales process
- Building and presenting demos to customers from different industries (consumer products, retail, fashion, automotive, life science, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing ) to showcase added value of the Vistex solution
- Develop and maintain technical, product functionality and operational knowledge of Vistex software products
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Sales team members, prospects and client contacts ranging from systems administrators, end-users to C-level leadership to assist with gathering all necessary business and technical requirements to build successful, customized product demonstrations
- Assist with product demos and technical presentations for potential clients, partners, and sales team via audio/video web-based conferencing, phone, and on prospect/client site
- In partnership with Solution Engineers, reply to RFQ’s, RFI’s and RFP’s with appropriate level of business and technical depth depending on the prospect/client organization, contact and audience
- Create and deliver presentations for company events and trade shows
- Other duties as required or directed

**Experience**: Required
- 3 year(s): Experience & knowledge of business processes in one of the following industries: consumer products, retail, fashion, automotive, life science, wholesale distribution, or retail industries preferred
- Configuration knowledge and experience of SAP ERP software modules: SD, MM;
- Native Chinese speaker and business fluent in English
- Proven success providing presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication, and presentation skills, ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong command presence for both internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- A cool-head, able to maintain poise and composure under pressure in relatively ambiguous and complex situations.
- Highly accountable, understanding that Presales directly impacts the Vistex brand, market reputation, prospect/client impressions, and sales performance.
- Proven ability to be both a team player and work independently
- Highly organized, with strong planning skills; deliver on-time and to high quality standards.
- Self-motivated, team-minded entrepreneurial attitude
- Highly reliable and dedicated work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality are critical.
- Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
Preferred
- Familiar with Vistex products and solutions, which is plus
