We are looking for a Presales Specialist (RB).

The company is an IT solutions provider of enterprise infrastructure solutions, turnkey solutions and support services that delivers outstanding customer experiences and assist our customers on the journey to achieve a simplified, flexible and sustainable IT.
- **Responsibilities**_:

- Providing technical proficiency and technical consultancy in various technology to the customer and sales team in an enterprise environment.
- Developing technical proposals and engaging in technical discussions
- Ability to drive closure of projects with sales team from technology perspective
- Planning and project implementation to meet client requirements
- Assessing and developing new technology offerings
- **Requirements**_
- Effective and polished interaction with customer to gather information
- Leadership quality to handle technical challenge and sensitive customer situations
- 3-5 years of proven experience in customer-focused position involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
- Diploma, Degree holders preferable
- Excellent concept in preparing presentation and presentations skills
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Be able to accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through phone calls, onsite visits or via other remote access programs like Microsoft Team, TeamViewer, Zoom, LogMeIn or similar products.
- Ability to take on new challenges with new technology solutions
- Excellent technical understanding and vast exposure to:

- Server platforms related, such as Windows OS, Linux OS, hardware-based storage (SAN/NAS), software-based storage (File Server, vSAN, etc.) and its underlaying infrastructure
- Server security solutions, such as systems hardening, vulnerability scanning, assessment and resolution, Data Loss Prevention solutions
- Monitoring and alerting solutions
- Middleware solutions, Web Server technology, Load Balancing, etc.
- Virtualization Technologies, such as VMWare, HyperV, etc.
- Strong adaptability and dynamic personality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great attitude and takes pride with the given responsibilities to ensure outstanding delivery and professional quality of work
- Ability to exceed expectations
- **Good to have**:_

1. Database Administration exposure (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) will be an added advantage

2. Industry and/or brand specific certification in relevant technical competency will be an added advantage

3. Ability to understand business processes and financial functions will be added advantages also
