You will be joining our team as an IT Software/Services Presales Specialist where your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Working closely with our sales and engineering teams, you will play a crucial role in explaining the value of our solutions to potential clients.Your key duties will include collaborating with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and support for our software/services offerings. You will also be tasked with analyzing customer needs, creating customized solutions, and ensuring they align with their business objectives.In this role, you will be expected to conduct technical presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of our solutions. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and RFIs by providing technical input and insights.Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their technical queries, and offering insights into product capabilities will be essential. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies to position our solutions effectively is also part of the role.Collaboration with the product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product development is a key aspect of the position.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with years of experience in a presales or technical support role within the IT software/services industry. A strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and cloud services is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with familiarity with sales methodologies and tools such as CRM systems.Preferred skills for this role include strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.,
