Junior Technical Consultant PreSales (all genders)

Junior Technical Consultant Presales (all genders) – Bring Technology to Life for Our Customers

Join us to deliver cutting-edge retail technology to our customers and partners. Your responsibilities include setting up demo environments, supporting product presentations, and acting as a technical expert throughout the presales process in retail business solutions.

Your Role in Action:

  • Install and update our software solutions in demo systems and showroom setups.
  • Prepare product presentations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and workshops, including configuration of client applications, master data, and UI.
  • Serve as a technical contact for partners and customers regarding demo installations.
  • Work with technologies such as Windows/Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, SQL Databases, EFK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Vue.js, and JSON.
  • Support the presales process with technical expertise and customized solution setups.
  • Stay updated with new technologies to improve demo and showroom environments.

Your Talent and Experience:

  • Education or training in IT, (Business) Informatics, or a similar field.
  • Ideally, some experience in retail, point-of-sale (POS), or merchandise management, with a focus on POS software.
  • Strong technical understanding, DevOps affinity, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in small teams and engage internationally.
  • Good English skills; Japanese language skills are a plus; other languages are advantageous.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
