**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

**Employee Relations**: Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on employee relations issues, such as performance management, career development, and employee engagement.

**Benefits**: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.

**Compliance**: Ensure that the company is in compliance with all federal and state laws, such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

**Training**: Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs.
Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Assist with employee data management and maintenance of employee records
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs.
Maintaining and updating employee handbook
Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
Stay current on HR trends, laws and regulations, and best practices

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
