Housed within our Last Mile team, this Intern will be involved in boosting the recruitment capabilities in last mile drivers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Canvassing for potential leads via leads generation systems; qualifying of leads and communicating qualified leads to operations teams
- Reaching out and following up of potential leads for subcontractors
- Generation of key documents as required by department management
- Identify and process potential process abuses, non-compliance to SOPs and adherence to service standards
- Management of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customer service, shipper support, sales support, staff fleet personnel and all other relevant parties

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve by rationally breaking down problems and conceptualizing solutions
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
