We are expanding our delivery partner network and are looking for an energetic, results-driven Driver Recruitment Specialist to spearhead our outreach and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Outreach & Conversion:
Call and follow up with individuals who have signed up or expressed interest in becoming uParcel delivery agents. Convert enquiries and warm leads into active, onboarded drivers.
Targeted Driver Acquisition:
Identify, contact, and pitch uParcel's driver program to potential candidates from other platforms.
Social Media & Community Outreach:
Post recruitment campaigns and job opportunities in relevant Facebook groups, Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, and online forums. Respond promptly to social media queries from potential drivers.
Onboarding Support:
Guide new sign-ups through the onboarding process, including documentation, quiz verification, and app training.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain recruitment dashboards with metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, lead sources, and onboarding timelines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment, telesales, community management, or driver acquisition preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone, in person, and online.
Familiarity with gig economy platforms or logistics/delivery industries is a plus.
Comfortable with social media posting, basic content creation, and online outreach.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
