We are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst, APAC to join our Singapore office. This role creates better outcomes for our clients, sales and marketing teams by being laser focused on process improvement, designing better end to end capabilities and building strong relationships with stakeholders to be a trusted expert in their domain

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?- Process Mapping: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand end-to-end processes, create current state maps, and develop future state maps for improvement.- Requirements Gathering: Document and prioritize high-level needs and pain points of sales and marketing teams to enhance their experience.- Data Analysis: Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities by analyzing client, sales and marketing data.- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a strong feedback loop with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve their experience and ensure frequent communication.- Tools Administration: Support the administration and rollout of SaaS platforms across sales and marketing teams.- Training: Design and deliver training on new tools, processes, and best practices.

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- 3-5 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services Industry, particularly in Asset Management- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Proven ability to understand users needs and document processes and requirements- Proficiency, or ability to quickly get proficient, in sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
