**Job Description**:
The Sales Enablement Specialist is the catalyst to increase sales productivity and performance This role will be responsible for the onboarding of new sellers, as well as the training and reinforcement of Datasite’s Go-to-Market strategy, product capabilities & value, tools, technology, and sales process. Datasite is a leading global SaaS organization that is experiencing double-digit growth on a year-over-year basis. This critical role will work hand-in-hand with sales leadership, product, service, and other business partners to ensure our sales organization is equipped to meet and exceed targets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Align and execute all enablement and training efforts in support of the Datasite Go-to-Market strategies as well as key metrics such as Revenue and subscription unit.- Execute a robust sales onboarding program designed to develop industry insight, product knowledge, value proposition awareness, competitive positioning, and buyer persona expertise. Provide feedback on new seller performance and growth to sales leadership- Work in collaboration with Product Marketing to align training and onboarding efforts with the Datasite GTM and pricing strategies- Align efforts with the APAC SVP of Sales and subsequent sales leadership to identify development priorities and efforts, and to develop best practices surrounding sales process and administration- Align and coordinate efforts with the global Sales Enablement teams- Deliver training in a “blended” learning environment - Enablement Specialist led and directed training, self-paced training; virtual, eLearning (online) environment delivery- Identify, suggest, and execute programs to increase selling time, increase win ratios, adhere to pricing and revenue governance, and assist sellers in achieving recognition programs.-
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and relevant association strategies, content, and methods

Minimum Education:
- Degree educated

Minimum Experience- 2+ years of related sales, sales training and/or sales enablement experience- English speaking is required- Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communications skills- Understanding of sales methodologies, preferably in SaaS organizations- Understanding of Salesforce Lightning is preferential, but not required- Ability to adapt working hours to collaborate with the global Sales Enablement teams based in Europe and the US- Ability to travel 30% within APAC theater
