Role summary

Since its creation in 2020, APACMed’s Digital Health Committee supports its members in addressing regional challenges in digital health across the entire product journey, from regulatory approval to reimbursement and use. With more than 200 individual members, ongoing partnerships with digital health experts and collaborations with governments across Asia, the committee has become a leading player in digital health, steering industry’s strategy to harness the power of digital health.

As Project Manager Digital Health, you will be part of the APACMed’s Digital Health Committee Team and work to advance digital health in the Asia Pacific through knowledge creation, advocacy and policy shaping. You will be responsible for ideating, coordinating and executing all aspects of your projects, from concept stage to completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks, managing priorities and requests, managing risks and impact, providing project support/direction and maintaining a master schedule of all projects and activities. You will also be required to create and maintain clear channels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Your goal will be to ensure

that the projects are delivered on time and with high level of quality.

What is waiting for you?
- Lead the Digital Health Committee agenda
- Develop project scopes, objectives and plan
- Coordinate internal (association’s members and staff) and external (key opinion leaders, experts,

policymakers, regulators, ministries of health, etc.) stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Maintain relationship with involved stakeholders
- Create and edit projects documents, materials and presentations

What are we looking for?
- 8-10 years of experience in project management
- Master’s degree, with understanding of healthcare and business
- Experience working in the healthcare sector
- Ability to manage projects strategically and autonomously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Ability to plan, moderate and report meetings with stakeholders involved in the project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, motivated and teamwork-oriented
