Manager, Preventive Health Marketing

**What the role is**
- The Preventive Health Marketing Department spearheads the strategic planning, development and implementation of innovative marketing and media strategies for HPB’s flagship campaigns in key preventive health topics, such as Diabetes, Immunisation, Social Hygiene and Screen for Life. By working closely with internal and external stakeholders, we aim to strengthen the health practices and increase the adoption of preventive health behaviour among Singaporeans, in line with the Board’s vision of building a nation of healthy people
**What you will be working on**
- Leading the development and implementation of above-the-line, below-the-line and digital marketing and media strategies as part of integrated marketing campaigns to promote HPB’s programmes to identified target audiences;
- Developing effective marketing strategies based on data and insights that contribute to the KPIs that are set by management;
- Planning and implementing go-to-market strategies including eco-systemic marketing, tactical promotions and marketing activations leading to the achievement of KPIs;
- Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance based on agreed metrics, refine campaign messages, mechanics and execution to ensure that targets are met;
- Planning, allocating, managing resources required for campaign/project execution, including manpower and procurement of required supporting services;
- Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting, accruals and project timelines to ensure timely delivery and achieve value for money for campaign deliverables;
- Managing appointed creative, media agencies, media owners, event organisers, etc., for effective results and performance; and - Stakeholder management to drive alignment and collaboration.
**What we are looking for**
- At least 4 years of experience in managing and executing integrated communications and campaigns, with experience in ATL, BTL, offline and digital marketing with creative brief writing and agency management skills for Manager role. No experience required for Assistant Manager role;
- Ability to work independently and with matrix teams to drive projects;
- Results oriented and KPI-driven;
- Excellent project management and budget planning skills;
- Excellent attention to detail; and - Ability to influence stakeholders.
