**Job Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries
- Handle client onboarding, documentation, and account servicing processes
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support relationship managers and consultants in delivering high-quality service
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and streamline workflows
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of customer service, client relations, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage for local market engagement
