We are looking for individuals who are positive, highly motivated and naturals at nurturing client relationships to join us as **Client Service Executives.** As part the Client Service team, you will work with the team on turnkey creative projects that encompass branding, 360 and digital campaign planning & development, content creation, collateral design, digital designs, and motion / video productions.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Assist and work closely with the Client Service team leads to handle the day-to-day execution and implementation for a wide range of clients and projects.
- Ensure the clients’ project schedules and projects, both digital, offline and integrated, are managed efficiently.
- Communicate with the client confidently and translate client’s needs to the creative team, through discussions with clients, servicing team, conducting of research, and brief preparation.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work for clients is completed on-time and to-budget.
- Respond to client requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Cultivate effective relationships with the clients.

- Client-focused and positive
- Marketing, communications-related degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a client servicing or marketing / communications role will be a bonus. Fresh grads are also welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,600.00 per month
