Break into the Marine & Oil & Gas Industry – No prior industry experience? No problem. Full training provided.

Relationship-Focused Role – You'll focus on building strong client connections and developing business opportunities.

Guided Onboarding – You won't be thrown into the deep end. For the first 6 months, you'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on support. Your manager will personally accompany you on client visits to introduce you to existing and new clients and guide conversations and help you build confidence and relationships at a comfortable pace.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by assisting in the sales process, including preparing product presentations and other sales materials.

  • Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions while acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients.

  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and training sessions.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: We're open to candidates who may not have direct industry experience but bring the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the marine and oil & gas sector.

  • Strong Communication & Sales Skills: Ability to engage with clients effectively and present technical solutions in an understandable manner.

  • Possession of a valid driving license (Car be provided once you stabilize in the job)
