The Program Administrator will provide essential support to the Faculty of Music, ensuring

smooth day-to-day operations and assisting in the administration of educational programs.

This entry-level role is pivotal in facilitating effective communication and organization within

the department under the supervision of the Dean and/or the Chief Academic Officer.

Administrative Support and Coordination:

- Assist in the coordination of daily administrative activities to support the Faculty of Music.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to curriculum, faculty, and students.
- Handle logístical arrangements for classes, meetings, and faculty events.

Communication and Interpersonal Engagement:

- Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and external parties.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the faculty and across departments.
- Assist with the dissemination of information to students and staff regarding academic

schedules, changes, and updates.

Resource Management and Operational Assistance:

- Support the Faculty of Music in resource allocation and inventory management.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and administrative

efficiency.

Student Support Services:

- Assist with the organization of student orientation and registration processes.
- Provide administrative support for academic advising and career guidance initiatives.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Administration, Business, Performing Arts

or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with office software Google Workspace and Office 365
