- Our Corporate Coverage team provides clients with full access to the expertise of the Corporate Bank’s product suite and as and when necessary full access to the expertise of the Investment Bank, including Corporate Finance advisory, DCM and ECM origination.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Drive rates transactions with a focus on Corporates and Sovereign across APAC
- Direct coverage of corporate & institutional clients in non-restricted markets for precious & base metal products
- Enablement for precious & base metal products through onshore sales in restricted markets (Structuring capacity)
- Product development together with Metals Trading desk and responsible for overall business framework & revenue plan for Asia
- Lead complex deal transactions from start to finish on structuring, collaborating with legal on documentation, collaborating with trading on risk management, obtaining product approvals from stakeholders such as risk, product control etc and ultimately conclude the execution of these deals.
- Review the applicable Regulatory context for transactions, either on the client side or the internal DB side, for optimization of the solutions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory bodies, as well as follow DB internal policies for internal review and approvals for transactions. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Identify and assess the various risks inherent to specific client transactions (market risks, credit risk, legal & compliance, operational risk).
- Understand and address clients’ specific objectives and constraints: make use of the acquired knowledge to answer clients’ queries and offer solutions in accordance with the clients’ objectives and constraints.
- Work in close cooperation with Sales, Trading, Credit and teams on most suitable solution for the client

**Your skills and experience**:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in precious and base metal products, including derivative pricing
- Practical knowledge of market regulations and documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients
- A strong growth mindset, with experience originating business and expanding an existing client base
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills including deal communications and strong team play
