The Regional Partnerships Key Account Management Team manages Ninja Van’s largest and most strategic regional client accounts. The team is responsible for the Revenue and Profitability performance at the Group level. This small dynamic team works cross-functionally with Ninja Van tech, operational and commercial teams across the Southeast Asia region to service these client relationships, with the aim of driving growth at a regional level. The team is impact focused, concentrating on driving client strategy, as well as forming win-win collaborations with our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and implementation of account plan(s), including relationships building, key people coverage plans, opportunity prioritization, overall account strategy and a budget/target for business growth and development
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with our clients, including drafting, reviewing and executing contracts
- Provide a commercial perspective to tech, engineering and operational teams while coordinating new product initiatives that support the Ninja Van strategy or client requests
- Provide guidance and training to more junior team members, to allow them to be able to effectively learn and required the skills to operate within the Regional Partnerships team
- Providing leadership to the function in the development and alignment of strategies and programs to develop and enhance account management that align with the company business plan and larger account management strategies; Provide regular reports, briefings and reviews as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimally 7 years of relevant working experience in partner management or business development
- A bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA a strong plus
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into actionable insights and strategy
- Previous experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is highly advantageous, though not necessary
- Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures
- Ability to understand competitive landscape in South East Asia
- Strong knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations
- Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Willing to travel to our local offices on a bi-weekly basis
