Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafes.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and customer-centric **Senior Barista **in **Permanent-Full Time **capacity to join our growing family and team for our current and new outlets with the following requirements:

- Proven experience as barista in specialty coffee is a must
- Outgoing personalities, passionate, proactive, and able to connect with customer and to deliver great customer service experience are required
- Strong leadership to manage the operation of front of house and able to train and coach the team of junior barista and supporting the leadership team at the outlet in the process.
- Proven career track to grow in the industry and have clear objective to progress
- Team player, discipline and self-starter
