As a **Senior Barista trainer**, you'll be at the forefront of developing Flash Coffee's training capacity in Singapore. You'll upskill our baristas, design training programs, and drive high-impact projects and initiatives that allow you to unleash your creativity and love for sharing knowledge and skills.

**What You'll Do**:

- Create and implement training content/modules
- Lead team assessments and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- In charge of creating training SOPs
- Guide and mentor team of Trainers and Baristas to reach their maximum potential
- Onboard and train new Baristas joining the team
- Train effective cross selling and upselling techniques/strategies
- Guiding team to understand effective communication with customers
- Coaching team to ensure good customer service
- Providing scripts and skills to optimize each transaction

**Who You Are**:

- Proven track record in upskilling and training teams, with an accredited coaching and/or training qualification
- Preferably a minimum of 4 years as a Trainer from a reputable coffee chain
- Good communication and motivational skills
- Have good language skills in English
- Good in using Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Willingness to work in different locations on a daily basis
