Role:
Delighting customers with a unique & memorable specialty coffee & food experience.

You will:

- Deliver exceptional service & hospitality for the guests of Geylang Drip City.
- Brew espresso & drip pourover coffees.
- Provide product guidance to customers & communicate Drip City's beverage and food menu in a concise & consistent manner.
- Other duties will include cooking & serving of Drip City's menu.
- Working collaboratively with owners & store team on operational needs.

To excel and be outstanding in this role, you need to:

- Be open minded to learning both tested & new coffee techniques.
- Be a clear & direct communicator.
- Have a friendly & service oriented disposition.
- Have a high level of emotional intelligence to de-escalate potential service & operational issues.
- Be commercially focused.

Requirement
- Fluent in English.
- Smooth operator under high pressure.
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience is desirable but not mandatory.
