**Job Summary**:
The Head Barista is responsible for leading the barista team, ensuring top-quality coffee preparation, maintaining excellent customer service, and overseeing the daily operations behind the bar. This role involves training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring consistency in all beverages served.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards.
- Lead and support the barista team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow during shifts.
- Train new baristas and provide ongoing coaching on coffee techniques and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coffee machines and grinders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain quality control and consistency in beverage presentation and taste.
- Assist in developing seasonal or specialty drink menus.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a barista; 1+ year in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso equipment, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
