**Your role**:We are offering an exciting opportunity as Senior Expert Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) in our Innovation HR Talent organization. Within a global team of experts, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our SWP solutions aimed at consulting and supporting Sector HR and Senior Leaders to define mid and long-term workforce critical capabilities and roles requirements to deliver on strategic business and people plans. You will drive and contribute to the deployment of SWP enablement approaches and tools across sectors, for Sector HR to lead and deliver SWP initiatives to shape the future success of our company. As Global Solution Owner you will contribute to the global governance, continuous improvement and enablement activities related to our Global SWP solution to ensure quality and business impact. This also includes to partner with external vendors for gaining an out-side-in data perspective and trend benchmarking insights. You shape our copmany'sfuture by making sure we are set-up with the future-critical capabilities needed. Besides SWP, be a key driver in establishing a concept for Skill Management along our employee lifecycle solutions and supporting this exciting journey towards an 'E2E Skill Ecosystem'.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant (HR) field
- 4-6+ years of relevant work experience with a passion for people-related topics
- Strong ability to translate concrete business requirements into tangible HR solutions
- Strong project management, analytical thinking and detail orientation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a commitment to collaborate
- Strong global mindset and intercultural competencies
- Fluency in English, any additional language would be a plus (e.g. German)
