**Responsibilities**
- Regular communication with enterprise customers and regional (global) partners (resellers, distributors, ISVs, system integrators, etc.);
- Ownership and pipeline management of renewal opportunities in Salesforce;
- Work with clients and partners to streamline renewals through proactive communication;
- Quote generation, regular cadence of customer notification, and diligent follow up;
- License and records data administration, validation, license prorating and co-terming;
- Collaboration with internal teams; alignment with Services, Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting;
- Order processing and facilitation of AR procedures (Invoicing, Purchase Orders, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or sales administration functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Effective teamwork, ability to work independently and think critically.
- Strong communication, process management, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to work in a global team setup.
