**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Growth operation and Finance team to deliver business performance reports and develop/maintain effective data visualisation.

- Independently conduct data analysis to provide value-added analytics and make business recommendation. Timely consolidate and interpret insights into comprehensive reports/presentations for respective stakeholders. Focus on revenue and expenses deep-dive and optimization to improve monetization performance across business lines.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Analytics/IT/Statistics or any other related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong interpersonal skills, and able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- Working proficient in both Mandarin and English due to regional coverage.
