Job Duties**SENIOR BI DATA ANALYST**

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-looking individual with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) development to join our team as a Senior BI Data Analyst. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead BI initiatives, and leverage data insights to drive business growth and organizational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**BI Development**:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Perform data analysis, data modelling, and data integration tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of BI solutions.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and insights to drive business performance and inform decision-making.
- Develop and deliver custom reports, ad-hoc analyses, and executive presentations to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support strategic planning, process improvement and optimization initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in BI development, data analysis, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, data engineering, ETL processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python programming, advanced analytics techniques, predictive modelling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM administration or development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
