Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs. Gather, understand, and refine data requirements. Understand Agile methods such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX within Power BI. Extract data with SQL and RDB. Collaborate with end-users to deliver iterative data solutions. Ensure accuracy, performance, and security of data visualizations and datasets. Perform ad hoc data analytics and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Document processes and maintain data/report version control in an Agile context. Selected candidates will be based on-site with a manufacturing MNC located in the West area. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be considered for a Senior or Team Lead role. Technical Skills Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. Familiar with SQL and RDB. Data engineering experience preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing or semiconductor industry KPIs preferred. Advanced SQL with relevant years of experience will be considered for Senior or Team Lead roles. Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus. Soft Skills & Additional Requirements Positive attitude and keen to learn new skills. Fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders preferred.
