Overview

We are seeking a Power BI Business Analyst to collaborate with business users and technical teams in designing, developing, and delivering Power BI reports, dashboards and automation solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for automation or improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories and workflows for technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to validate requirements and provide updates on solution progress.
  • Support the design and implementation of automated workflows, reporting dashboards and SharePoint solutions.
  • Assist in testing, user acceptance, and documentation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Contribute to training materials, knowledge transfer and end-user support.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, security and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint .
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow automation and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA .
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and integration .
  • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL or ETL processes .
