**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Requirement Analysis**: Engage with Product Owners to define and refine key business questions, translating these into detailed data and analytics requirements.
- **Solution Design and Development**: Utilize Power BI to create, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that present business metrics clearly and support informed decision-making.
- **Consultant Coordination**: Work with external consultants, guiding their work and reviewing their outputs to ensure BI solutions are practical, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
- **Quality Assurance and UAT**: Perform comprehensive testing and validation of BI tools and systems to ensure they meet standards of consistency, efficiency, and accuracy. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet or exceed business requirements and user expectations.
- **Training and Support**: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their use of new reports and dashboards. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI solutions, adapting them as business needs evolve.
- **Technical Specification Development**: Translate detailed business needs into technical specifications, including new fields, measures, dimensions, and facts required for effective analytics.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BI Analyst, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into actionable insights and develop effective data models.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing BI solutions that enhance business performance.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese: The role requires strong communication skills in English and Japanese to effectively interact with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders across different regions.
