**Responsibilities**:

- Drive marketing communication strategies to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives
- Responsible for development of plans and strategies to promote the Company’s products and services
- Maintain a systematic and pro-active channel of communications through meetings, press releases, press conferences and events to generate media coverage
- Create narrative and working with teams to pull out engaging content themes for the target audience
- Update and maintain corporate information and provide write-ups for corporate literature
- Timely production and distribution of advertisement and collaterals
- Maintain corporate brand guidelines in all communication materials
- Handle budgeting and tracking of expenditure for reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Marketing / Business or related discipline
- Possess minimum 5 - 10 years of Marketing Communications experience (including 3 years in managerial capacity)
- Experienced in social media platform, working with PR agencies and the press
- Experienced in vendor management & project management
- Prior experience in government agencies or dealing with government agencies
- Prior experience in crisis communications, multi-media content production and / or corporate website content management will be highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Articulate and a strong communicator to build good relationship with stakeholders and vendors
- Strong analytical skills
