**Head of Market Access, Reimbursement, Patient Access, HTA, Economics - (Asia Pacific) - Global MedTech
**The Opportunity
As a regional leader you will have the responsibility to spearhead the strategy in the Asia Pacific region for advanced Medical Technology and successfully increasing adoption and coverage.
You should come with a deep knowledge of the **APAC **market regarding expanding patient access of Medical Technologies and Device through solid understanding the landscape of government agencies, reimbursement, payers, HTA activity, evidence needs and KOLs relationships.
Through health economic tools, you will also identify the intricacies of access to major **APAC **and **SEA **markets. The objective will be to develop and execute market access and health economic capabilities and lead the go to market launch strategies.
**What we look for:
- Strong background in Market Access, HTA, Reimbursement, Health Economics, Health policy relating to Medical Technology (approximately 10 years’ experience )
- Deep understanding of the APAC market regarding reimbursement, payers, health economics, government policy, HTA policy, best practice etc.
- Familiar with the _hurdles _of various public health systems across APAC as well as obstacles from payers, HTA agencies, health policy makers and the like - knowledge on health systems across the region will be a strong advantage
- Experience in bringing in new MedTech/Medical Devices into the market and increasing patient access and adoption
- Develop and implement strategies towards successful market launches of medical technologies
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, committees, policy makers and all other crucial players which will affect decision making
- Experience of health economics and outcome research across the APAC region
