
HR Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including leave information.
- Manage the processing of TMS reports and overtime requests to facilitate payroll processing.
- Monitor employee performance and support confirmation and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and promotion letters.
- Collaborate with external vendors and employment agencies for recruitment needs.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for review by the HR Manager.
- Research and coordinate training opportunities with industry trainers and institutions.
- Plan and coordinate company events and staff welfare initiatives.
- Provide HR and administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as required.
**Requirement**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and must be able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment
