**Key Responsibilities**:
In charge of full spectrum of payroll for Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam and work closely with the external payroll processing partners
Review and manage all employee benefits across Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam
In charge of annual budget collation on personnel cost, annual benchmark exercise and total compensation/benefits review
Work closely with Supply Chain HRBP on audits (i.e. SMETA, ISO)
Handle claims from government agencies such as NS MUP claims and parenthood claims

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll, C&B or similar capacity
Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Administration or relevant disciplines
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Being meticulous and pro-active in providing solutions and problem-solving
A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
