**What you'll be doing**
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process and use data to make operational decisions for continuous improvements
- Develop sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to build and manage a robust pipeline of talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deliver results effectively
- Partner with key stakeholders to redefine and optimize the recruiting process
- Be a consultative partner to the business, leading thoughtful discussions to build teams holistically
- Work closely with Marketing Team on employer branding initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with recruiting search firms, both contingency and retained

**What you bring to EMURGO**
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies in Singapore and the SEA region
- Experience recruiting for an early start-up or tech company, ideally in GTM, functional roles (non-technical)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
- Highly organized and process oriented mindset to set and scale recruitment activities
- Experience working in a cross-cultural global team
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas, create alignment and manage difficult conversations
- Passion and interest in blockchain technology
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter, various ATS systems (eg: Greenhouse, Breezy) is a plus
