**Responsibilities**
- Own the UX writing vision, strategy and execution. Drive impact for Atome's products with clear and compelling messaging.
- Set up and maintain UX content guideline and continuously optimise content quality across Atome's products (interface content, terminologies, notifications, etc.). Make sure the it is being used effectively by product and design team.
- Work with product designers, brand team, and stakeholders to edit, review, and improve content to ensure that the product speaks with brand voice and conveys clear meanings and contexts.
- Work with local stakeholders to optimise content for localisation.
- Create communication strategy that simplifies complex and abstract concept and flows to user-friendly messagings for each product domains.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data points to identify opportunities to improve user experience with content.
- Use quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the effectiveness of content design.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in UX writing or related roles for digital products. Previous experience building consumer facing products will be a plus.
- Understanding of differences between UX writing and marketing copy writing. Strong understanding of best practices of UX content design.
- Experience collaborating with designers and stakeholders. Experience setting up content design collaboration workflows.
- Able to quickly ideate content strategy with high level product requirement, wireframes.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment. Able to work independently within constrains.

Bonus points for
- Experience with designing for global products with a focus on Asia-Pacific, and knowledge of localisation processes.
- Bilingual in both English & Chinese due to regional coverage.
