We are seeking a talented UX Writer to join our team. As a UX Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services by crafting clear and engaging content.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that our users have a seamless and intuitive experience. If you have a passion for creating user-centric content and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise microcopy for various elements of our digital interfaces, including button labels, error messages, tooltips, and notifications.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that text elements, such as fonts, sizes, and colors, align with our brand and enhance readability.
• Develop and execute content strategies that support user engagement and satisfaction. Consider user personas, user journeys, and user needs in content creation.
• Participate in user research activities to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. Use research findings to refine and improve content.
• Conduct A/B tests and usability studies to assess the effectiveness of different content choices and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain style and tone guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product managers, and marketers, to deliver a cohesive user experience.

Prerequisites

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role in a digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing examples of clear and effective microcopy and UI text.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in content management systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Slack).
• You are wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft.
• You should have a good sense of motion choreography; able to know how to use animation tools like Principle.
• Experience with internationalization and localization of content for global audiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in content creation.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
