**Job Purpose**:

- Drive and manage sales through direct channel via online journey and call centre.
- Manage and optimise performance marketing channels such as search, social, display, renewal & cross sell performance across a suite of products to maximize conversions and deliver against business plans.
- Direct sales campaigns, design business processes, detail out sales and business requirements, and tracking/analysing of campaign performance in order to plan and optimize cost per acquisition(s).

**Responsibility**:

- Driving Sales
- Optimize performance across digital marketing channels - FB, Google, Instagram.
- Plan sales campaigns and make timely and required changes (consider competition offerings, on-going CPA, product case size). Sells campaigns can be executed under any form (online and offline sales campaign) however the conclusion of the sales will be relying on digital or physical assets (direct journeys and customer service).
- Identify effective and low-cost lead generation campaigns for defined products.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage performance marketing channels such as search, social, display, renewal & cross sell performance across a suite of products to maximize conversions and deliver against business plans.
- Data /Web Analytics
- Able to use both Adobe and Google Analytics.
- Cost Optimization
- Explore more CPA based performance marketing channels.
- Identify ways and means to promote products and acquire new biz at lower CPA.
- Closely monitor contact centre conversion across paid and direct channels.
- Product Page, Sales Journey Optimization & Projects
- Review and suggest required changes in product and sales journey.
- Drive and conduct analysis to qualify AIS sales to help make the relevant recommendations, e.g: top request online or through call center.
- Work closely with product team to understand key product USP’s and customer requirement basis for customer research.
- Manage project progress against agreed timelines by coordinating and controlling activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder Management
- Represent Direct channel in distribution and management meetings whenever necessary to be accountable for all targets and responsibilities.
- Competitive Analysis
- Perform regular competitive analysis of Allianz Direct Products to be able to position Allianz Offering in the Singapore market (price, coverages, services).
- Conduct Ethnographic research to understand how end consumers are buying our products.
- Craft regular Marketing campaigns taking as inputs the above analyses with the objective to drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital ad optimization
- Able to think out of the box
- Good problem solver with great communication skill
- Able to work independently as we all as engaging with various stakeholders
