Attending the First Level Telephone calls from the end users
- Provide first level IT support to end users.
- Updating the customer information’s to the support portal.
- To log and follow up on outstanding cases.
- To perform Telephone support, as when required.
- Training shall be provided, Job location is nearer to MRT
**Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year of working experience on helpdesk support.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
- Customer oriented, a Team Player, willing to learn.
- Experience in ticketing system and service call support for customers
- Education. ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
- Training to be provided
