**Job Title**

Head of Digital and Innovation - Singapore

**Reporting to**

The role encompasses all planning across the agency, including the Global Strategy Unit (GSU) and the Singapore market team. Across these units there are a range of communications planners, strategists, media planners, as well as specialist planners in areas such as mobile and search.

In addition to leading the strategy and planning product offering for agency, as part of the Singapore leadership team the role includes development of the PHD Singapore businesses, as well as having an influence in the broader agency’s issues.

**Summary of the role**
- Responsible for strategic and planning product in Singapore, including GSU and local team
- Part of PHD Singapore leadership team, responsible for developing and growing the business
- Part of PHD APAC strategic leadership team - collaborating with peers across the region

**Responsibilities**

Creation of the most innovative and creative communications community in Singapore
- Adoption of SOURCE and its local usage - and demonstrate leadership thru best practice use
- Training and development of in-house strategists and comms planners
- Identify new talent and coaching and nurturing existing talent
- Application of all necessary tools and mechanics, on a continuous basis.

Quality control all planning and strategic product
- Develop appropriate sign-off system for all major clients and projects, ensuring our work achieves high level of creative thinking and is award-worthy
- Direct involvement in key clients, as required
- Integration of Specialists to deliver world class integrated solutions

Build relations with all senior and relevant Strategic industry leaders
- Planning Directors at creative partners
- Strategic Media groups to build PHD’s reputation within Singapore’s planning community

Community leadership and management
- Creation of inspiring and rewarding planning and strategy culture
- Clear setting of expectations and objectives for all members of the planning community

Business development
- Identify potential new revenue streams through consultancy projects
- Lead strategic direction on key new business pitches

**Accounts/Clients**

All clients within the GSU and local teams - with specific time allocated to key clients and projects

**Experience required**

Understanding of communications and media planning principles with applied experience

Experience with developing and planning teams

Strong capabilities around storytelling to sell work and thinking to clients and agency partners
