Role Overview:
As the Head of Digital Innovation, you will be at the helm of shaping our clients digital future. Your role will encompass driving strategic innovation, identifying emerging trends, and conceptualizing and executing groundbreaking digital initiatives that position us as a leader in the Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to drive digital innovation across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align innovation initiatives with business goals.

Emerging Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital technology and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and disruption to enhance our competitive edge.

Ideation and Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and concepts. Develop innovative solutions that address customer needs and market demands.

Prototype Development: Oversee the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new digital products, services, and experiences. Validate concepts through iterative testing and refinement.

Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across departments. Work closely with technology, design, and business teams to transform ideas into tangible innovations.

Project Management: Drive the end-to-end execution of digital innovation projects, from ideation to launch. Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.

Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of digital innovation into business processes and strategies.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with new digital initiatives. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable plans for digital innovation.

Leadership and Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing digital innovation team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience at least 15 in leading digital innovation initiatives within banking industry.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, digital trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Track record of successfully launching innovative digital products or services.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of innovation and creativity.
