
Project Document Lead

Responsible for setting up Document Control requirements of a Project and implementation of Document Management system.
- Overall document management of the assigned project including co-ordination with other relevant functions within the organisation.
- Responsible for the achievement of all project document deliverables, especially in relation to Milestones Payments.
- Ensuring single point interface for all document control activities on a project for client and Consortium.
- Liaise with the owner directly in all document matters pertaining to the contractual requirements of the contract.
- Familiarize with Project Contract Scope of Document Control.
- Interpret project document control requirements and ensure compliance.
- Co-ordinate with various project personnel in establishing document control procedures and systems.
- Lead, define, plan, manage, control and close the project document deliverables.
- Develop Project Master Document List and define various medium of consolidation for onward submission to client.
- Ensure access and guidance to project team on project documentation network.
- Provide necessary reports to the Project Management Team.
- Familiarize with the project/client requirement on project close out, data retention/archival and also on As-built, Vendor Manuals and develop necessary work processes.
- Consolidate and share project Lesson Learned from project team.
- Support Project Managers in maintaining the risk meetings with project team.
- Control and maintain all official documentations/ letters correspondences with External Stakeholders.
- Implementation project records retention and archival and map project close out activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or a Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering fields.
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in offshore or marine industry.
