
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business, particularly in the area of tender management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, including identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and develop comprehensive tender responses.
- Analyze tender documents, evaluate risks, and formulate winning strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Security market in Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and partners.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or any other related fields
- Proven experience in tender management and business development, preferably in the security field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Tender Management: 1 year (preferred)
